My Approach to Helping

What is your story to be told? I believe everyone has a right to be heard and feel comfortable within their own space. My approach to the therapeutic experience is eclectic and I consider each client to be the guide, and expert, in their own growth. I offer a holistic, client-centered approach to the process, allowing the client the opportunities to discover how their pasts can lead into their futures. Tell me your story and together, we can find your own self-empowerment.

I'm an LGTBQIA affirming therapist that has experience within the community and knowledge of the culture. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have knowledge of the culture, as well. My office has games, silly putty, and anti-stress toys and gadgets that clients of all ages are welcome, and encouraged, to utilize.

My office is a safe space, non-judgement zone, where you are free to fill it up with what you need in order to work through what you need. There is compassion and understanding in every session, but particularly in the first session. Deciding to seek help can be hard; yet it's the first step on the path to healing. Let's walk that path together.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Asking for help is always the hardest step and when you can admit that now is the time to reach out, please be proud of you! I am proud of you.
