We are the experts of our lives and deserve to be understood as we are, without pretense or expectations. Sometimes the most powerful changes occur because someone truly sees us. Our life stories are powerful and it is my honor to listen to the diverse stories clients share in my office daily. I strive to be that compassionate witness for everyone I work with. In my practice, I emphasize client resiliency, self-efficacy, and acceptance for all clients. My goal is to meet you where you're at and then we work together to move toward a goal you design.
