My Approach to Helping
Each of us faces challenging situations at some point in our life. At times, these difficult periods may cause us to feel confused, lost, or overwhelmed. For example, feelings of anxiety may inhibit our work performance and our ability to care for ourselves or the people we love. Posttraumatic stress may contribute to trust issues in our social relationships and promote lingering fears that interfere with daily function.
Despite these challenges, therapy can help us to cope successfully and live meaningful lives. My therapeutic approach is research-based, integrative, interpersonal, and tailored to your unique needs. We will work together to set practical goals to help you heal and grow.
