My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life provides us with moments that seem to leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. We may feel overwhelmed by uncomfortable feelings such as fear, hurt, grief, anger, depression, loneliness, andor anxiety that tend to make life difficult to enjoy. The goal is to learn how to embrace these moments without self-judgement and provide self-love in the form of understanding, patience, and a desire to move towards wholeness.
With over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have learned to utilize a wide range of therapeutic models as opposed to a one-size-fits-all approach. I offer compassionate, ethical, research-proven counseling strategies in a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and confidential environment.
