Are you feeling sad, lonely, unmotivated, or anxious? You know there has to be a better way, but you can’t seem to figure out how to get there. Life brings challenges that sometimes require a deeper level of help. I specialize in helping individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, divorce, and grief. Together we will focus on coping skills, identifying and reframing harmful thought patterns and boundary setting. I love assisting others to become and discover their best selves. Using empathy while providing support and education, I will partner with you on your journey to better mental health.
