My Approach to Helping
Everyday life stressors can be challenging to manage. I take a collaborative approach to counseling, working with patients to reach their goals and find a place of understanding and healing. I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties. My therapy focuses on providing a welcoming space for every person, regardless of what brings them in for counseling.
I am a bilingual therapist. I can work with patients in English and Spanish. I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I am committed to helping people overcome and manage Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and other mood and behavioral issues.
Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other therapies and interventions such as solution-focused and family systems. I consider myself an active therapist, combining my work experience, education, and creativity, with a down-to-earth, realistic approach.
