What's My Approach to Therapy?

As a systemic-focused therapist, I help individuals and couples cultivate healthier relationships and deepen connection with themselves and with the people who matter most. If you’re ready to explore your story and take the next step toward a more grounded, balanced life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I have over 10 years of experience treating individuals, couples, and families, from managing anxiety, reducing crisis, and developing improved and sustained positive relationships. I am licensed in New York, certified in trauma-informed practice, and most often use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as a treatment modality.

I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for those experiencing relational and systemic challenges. Early sessions focus on assessment, understanding patterns, and processing past experiences while building healthier ways to navigate future challenges. Many clients notice improvement within a month (though timelines vary by treatment plan), and then positive self-management thereafter.
