Is it difficult to get through the day without feeling sad, anxious, or angry? Do you feel exhausted, unmotivated, or low in self-esteem? Does your life feel as if it’s stuck in a rut? Are you facing the same negative issues over and over again?

I am passionate about helping people overcome challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, low-self esteem, family challenges, work issues, and childhood issues. I also assist people who have concerns about their spiritual or sexual identity.

Our lives are strongly influenced by our relationships. When we experience difficulties in our relationships, every aspect of our lives may be affected. When working with couples in therapy, my objective is to help them navigate obstacles and resolve conflicts in a positive manner.

My primary goal is to provide comprehensive, personalized services to individuals in therapy. I work closely with the people in my care and actively help them to make the lasting positive changes they desire.
