My Approach to Helping

I practice both medication management and psychotherapy. I strive to foster a warm, compassionate and respectful environment for patients. It is very important to me to spend time getting to know each patient in order to create a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan. I work collaboratively with patients to determine their individual? treatment goals. I devote time to ensuring that patients receive appropriate education about their diagnoses and individual treatment indications.

While psychiatric medication is sometimes necessary, I am thoughtful about side effects and how they may impact each person's quality of life. Together, I work with patients to tailor their medication regimens to their unique needs.
