My Approach to Helping
We provide mindfulness-based counseling, as well as groups and educational opportunities. Mindfulness is a proven intervention for many mental health problems. It involves getting better at seeing what is happening in our lives and becoming more open to ourselves and our problems.
You will have a safe space to explore, where we join you in a process of looking at what is happening and seeing how you got to this difficult place. We will identify new ways of approaching issues in your life and will help you to develop more effective tools for dealing with what you are currently experiencing, as well as for getting you to where you want to be.
