My Approach to Helping
Therapy can be more than a one-sided conversation between a therapist and client. It can be about engaging in conversation and working together toward the life goals you want to achieve. Some sessions may include a client’s need to vent, while others can thought provoking and intellectual. Just as all people have their own personalities, so do therapists. If you are willing to collaborate, I am more than willing to help you achieve what you want in life.

I encourage all lifestyles to speak in an atmosphere that is accepting of all walks of life. While I am a secular therapist, I am welcoming of any religious aspects of your life that can help guide you to the life you want and deserve.
I offer an initial 15 minute Telehealth therapy session for free through doxy.me. If you would like to schedule a meet and greet online, please email me. I want therapy to be a casual and helpful conversation that assists in meeting your mental health needs.
My Role as a Therapist
my role as a therapist is to assist you with finding a new direction in your life. The tone of the sessions are set by you, without judgment and criticism. I have anxiety and depression experience in my own life, as well as several failed relationships. These experiences will help me guide you through the struggles you are experiencing.
