My Approach to Helping
Therapy can be more than a one-sided conversation between a therapist and client. It can be about engaging in conversation and working together toward the life goals you want to achieve. Some sessions may include a client’s need to vent, while others can thought provoking and intellectual. Just as all people have their own personalities, so do therapists. If you are willing to collaborate, I am more than willing to help you achieve what you want in life.
More Info About My Practice
I encourage all lifestyles to speak in an atmosphere that is accepting of all walks of life. While I am a secular therapist, I am welcoming of any religious aspects of your life that can help guide you to the life you want and deserve.
I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions through iCouch. I believe therapy should be available to anyone, regardless of location or payment. I offer Sunday appointments in the afternoon for established clients.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Anxiety and depression have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I understand how mental health symptoms can keep us from feeling that our life is where we want it to be. As the sister to an alcoholic, I know the helpless feeling that can come from watching someone blow up their life, yet they can't accept help.
