I want to help you learn to stop battling your emotions and anxieties and face whatever challenges come your way, so you can create and enjoy a life you value.
I most commonly employ teachings and techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which promotes psychological flexibility, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also utilize elements of other evidence-based counseling models and I frequently incorporate the practice of mindfulness into therapy.
