I provide a warm, welcoming environment, in which I can work together with you to identify and build upon strengths you already possess and work toward whatever goal you wish to achieve.

I believe my role is to come from a reflective, curious and non-judgmental place, to allow the space for you to explore areas of self-reflection, growth opportunities, healing, or whatever it is that you identify as a need.

I can help with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to chemical dependency, rebuilding trust, communication skills, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, or simply navigating a difficult time in your life.

Embarking on a journey in therapy is not always easy, but I believe in, and have witnessed, the difference it can make. One of my favorite aspects of my work is getting to help celebrate successes as you progress toward your goals.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love so many things about my work as a psychotherapist. My work involves being invited to walk alongside others for a moment in their life journey, and witness change, growth, increased feelings of well-being, relationships being repaired, or whatever it may be, but all sharing the commonality of reflecting what such a large part of this life is all about; which, to me, is doing our best to navigate our way through ups and downs, and the importance of our connection to others.
