My Approach to Helping
My approach to treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment. It's important for me to hear your story and to understand who you are and what you need. I believe that everyone possesses the capacity for self-directed growth and that an empathic, objective and nonjudgmental environment supports that growth. I strive to provide that environment to all of my clients.
I use techniques from Mindfulness Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My approach is integrated, and Person-Centered. Interventions vary upon presenting concerns and client preferences.
My individualized approach to client care has helped many clients recover from symptoms and lead more intentional and mindful lives.
