My Approach to Helping
Everyone wants to be seen and accepted, especially teens. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows clients to address underlying issues that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and other issues. As a therapist, it's important to me to establish a real connection using empathy, creativity, and humor. I work in a relational way that allows clients to empower themselves and deepen their awareness.
