For over 25 years, I have been helping clients with anxiety, relationships, toxic workplace issues, and loss. I imagine you are here because you are struggling with something. I want to help.

I know what it's like to struggle with these issues, and to overcome them. I believe you can do it, too! Together, we can work on making healthy changes in the way you perceive and respond to life's challenges. I believe that we all have the answers, wisdom, and capacity to grow within us. My job is to help you access these resources and reach your potential.

Making new discoveries about yourself can lead to old patterns becoming new, healthier ways of relating to others and responding to difficulties. You can begin to feel stronger, more confident and optimistic! Your life can feel more authentic and fulfilling.

RELATIONSHIPS & COUPLES THERAPY:

All of us deeply want to love and be loved. We are hardwired for connection, and so our relationships can be a source of meaning, connection, and tremendous joy.

Unfortunately, so many of us struggle to fit in and find strong connections - friendships and romantic partnerships alike. So many of us feel lonely and disconnected. But, it doesn't have to be that way. I am here for you.

Relationships, whether romantic in nature or not, can be complex and challenging.

The key to success lays in gaining insight for yourself, understanding others, and discovering the dynamics that develop in relationships. You can learn to have confidence, use critical social skills, deal with conflict, and unlock your relational potential.

COUPLES THERAPY:

As a couples therapist, I pay special attention to helpful and unhelpful patterns in the relationship, and I provide a third-party perspective on what is going on. Stress and anxiety are very common. Moderate amounts can actually be quite helpful, as anxiety can signal when we need to address a problem.

However, anxiety can sometimes become overwhelming, leaving you feeling paralyzed, fearful, worried, stuck, panicked or powerless. You don't have to live this way.

You can discover what's causing these symptoms, find the right solution and break free from the stress.
How can you overcome stress and anxiety?

Sometimes, it involves learning new skills such as:
