My Approach to Helping

The relationship between client and therapist is important. I work to meet clients where they are, paying special attention to creativity and positive human potential. I seek to uncover and establish an empathic, trusting, and comprehensive relationship with each of my clients providing the context for understanding the challenges and difficulties that brings them into therapy. My clinical work focuses on mind-body awareness (Mindfulness) and interconnection, while also emphasizing mental health wellness not mental illness.

If you are ready to rekindle the fire between you and your partner,

If you are ready to whittle the last chips of wood to reveal the masterpiece of you, then you are in the right place.

More Info About My Practice

I have attended universities in Colorado including the University of Colorado and Naropa University in Boulder, and I received my doctoral degree from Saybrook University in California. I have worked extensively with individuals, families, and groups struggling with depression and anxiety, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, struggles with identity or changing phases of life, the LGBTQ+ community, grief counseling, eating disorders, and addiction.

I specialize in a variety of areas including: helping heal broken relationships, addiction transformation, LGBTQ+. While I specialize in these areas, I also work with grief, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and eating disorders.

My Role as a Therapist

As a native to Colorado my role as a therapist is to involve myself within this community, which includes the positive aspects of nature and beauty, but also entrenching myself within the reality that each and every human is fighting their own unique battle. Counseling is an investment with yourself, your relationships, and with your family. As a therapist in the Vail Valley and Denver, I am deeply committed to the profession of psychology and counseling.

I have spent a good portion of my life, and invested a great deal of personal resources in order to bring you the compassionate care that you andor your friend or family deserves. Let's connect!
