My Approach to Helping

I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of personal strength, not of weakness. People come to therapy for many reasons and I love being able to help each person identify their goals and reach them. I believe therapy can be useful in improving or creating more satisfying relationships, feelings of well-being, and increased energy and productivity. I use compassion and humor in a safe and non-judgmental environment while helping clients to reach their goals.
