I believe that some initial phone interviews can be a great way to decide who you connect with and then move forward with booking your first appointment. I am happy to help you get connected to the right therapist if I am not best suited for your issue or needs. I rely on research-based interventions. We will utilize your values, personality, goals, and support system to find the best path forward for you.
I am passionate about all issues pertaining to self-discovery and acceptance. Many of the issues we deal with in life are rooted in issues of shame and guilt, often presenting as depression or anxiety. I believe the work of self is the most life-changing work we will ever do.
