My Approach to Helping

Utilizing over 20 years of experience, training, and extensive knowledge of human behavior, I help clients successfully handle troubling and stressful periods in their lives. Therapy is an opportunity for individuals to work on struggles and issues that are interfering with living a healthy and positive life. Talking through these issues and finding strategies for change is my goal for a successful therapeutic experience.
