My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life can be so overwhelming that you just feel like you're drowning and there's no way out. Between your growing list of responsibilities at work, plus taking the kids where they need to be and keeping your house running, it's like you constantly have 20 spinning plates in the air. You're afraid that they might come crashing down on you at any minute, and you're desperate for relief. You're not sleeping well, you're stressed out, and you can't shake this sense of impending doom.
It's hard to picture it right now, but occasionally you find yourself daydreaming of what life would be like. You could sleep well at night without your to-do list running through your mind on repeat. You would actually have time to do things for yourself without feeling guilty or selfish.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
It is important that you feel comfortable and heard. Coming into therapy can be very scary for some people. I understand and appreciate this. My job is to hold the trust you place in me as sacred. I offer space for you to explore what is happening in a safe place. A room where you can feel heard and can begin your healing process.
