My Approach to Helping
I have been in the business of exploring happiness for the last 20 years. I believe that all people have ways of coping that are already helping and may not realize this and have ways of coping that are no longer helpful. I am looking to help you find new skills to cope with whatever is challenging at this time.

I am available to others with the understanding that I know a somethings about working with difficulty and stress. It is helping you apply these perspectives to your personal life situation is what is most important.
