My Approach to Helping

As a queer identifying therapist, I understand how important it is to have access to knowledgable and affirming care. I am proud to help provide a safe and supportive environment with the appropriate professional training working with gender and sexuality diverse communities. I can also provide mental health assessment and documentation requirements needed for gender confirming medical care from an informed consent model approach. I am laid back, authentic, and direct with how I engage. I will work alongside you from a collaborative space to help you meet your therapy goals.

I offer individual, relationship, and family therapy. My areas of focus include: gender and sexual diversity, non-monogamy, intimate relationships, family therapy, trauma processing, sex and kink positivity, anxiety, depression, student-athlete mental health (I'm an experience competitive athlete myself), and more!

Finding the right therapist for you is a key part of this process because the connection with your therapist is foundational to your healing. I offer a free consult to help with that first step.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
