My Approach to Helping

The healing process is a unique experience for each of us. Are you looking for a genuine, compassionate therapist who is down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and experienced? I will collaborate with you at your own pace to explore, create, and promote personal growth. I have over 15 years of experience treating mental health & substance abuse issues within inpatient/outpatient environments helping diverse populations in various settings, including State Hosp. and Dept. of Corrections and private practice. I work primarily with children, teens, and young adults. I am committed to creating a safe place for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. If you or someone you love is seeking balance, peace, or healthier ways of coping, I'm here. My goal is to empower you or your loved one to begin practicing self-compassion and to embrace positive change.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love what I do! Nothing brings me more joy in this life than having the opportunity to work with my clients as they walk through life. My role in my clients' lives is to walk beside them and provide hope, guidance, motivation, and empowerment. It is exciting to see my clients make positive changes in their lives and begin to see amazing results! I love being a therapist because my job does not ever feel like work! If you're looking for a therapist who loves what they do, practices mindfulness and is 100% engaged in every session, please call or e-mail me! I would be honored to work with you!
