I help clients develop individualized plans to reach their goals and implement positive change. My training and experience help my provide effective treatment to families, adults, and teens facing many challenges, including depression, anxiety, transitions, infertility, divorce, relationship concerns, trauma, and parenting.
The decision to enter therapy requires courage. Your pain makes you feel vulnerable and opening to a stranger might be the last thing you want to do. The fact is that your pain and all your previous attempts to “fix” what isn’t working demonstrate resilience and action.
Each client enters therapy with their own unique life experiences, challenges and strengths. My passion is to discover and highlight the strengths you already possess and begin building on them to achieve the life you desire.
My Role as a Therapist
I view my role as a therapist like that of a GPS system; you are the driver, you determine the destination and how quickly you get there, my job is to point you in the right direction and reroute if you decide to take a detour. Through thoughtful treatment planning, I work with client's to identify their goals and formulate a plan to achieve them.
