My Approach to Helping
When the little voice inside your head says “I’m not good enough” it’s too easy to believe it. The inner critic is a force to be reckoned with! People are often harder on themselves than they are on other people. I want to help you challenge that little voice and learn to believe in yourself again. We often hold ourselves to an impossible standard and it’s overwhelming to try to keep up. Sometimes we need to come to terms with who we are before we can change. I can help. You have the power to decide who you want to be in this world and I will help yu get there. Your problems are unique. I believe your therapy should be too.
My style of therapy is flexible and gentle. I work well with highly sensitive people with anxiety and depression. I offer compassion, acceptance and peace. I can help you shine a light on the skeletons in your closet and come to terms with them. I offer a place to look inward and forward, knowing that no matter what you find I will be right there with you.
