My Approach to Helping

Life can be challenging and unpredictable...

and talking to a professional can really help! You may notice you are experiencing feelings of emptiness, detachment, or constant worry; you may struggle with important relationships in your life, or feel like you have stress that has become unmanageable. Perhaps you are experiencing chronic pain, illness, or have a loved one who is not well. Or maybe you feel lost and just don't know where to turn. No matter what it is, you notice something is just out of balance, and it is affecting your sense of well-being in mind, body, or spirit. Whatever it is that has led you here - welcome.

My passion lies in creating and holding space for you to explore, learn, and grow into your best self. Believe it or not, you hold all the answers already; my job is to light your way and guide you to the wisdom within. My work emanates from a place that is organic, collaborative, and client-centered. I use an adaptive style based on your distinctive personality, needs, and goals. I strive to make our time together both purposeful and meaningful specifically to you.

Whether you crave more joy, freedom, or vitality in your life, I would love to help you get there. In our work together, we will tap into your inner wisdom, build resiliency to life's challenges and obstacles, and utilize a blend of practices designed to give you the tools towards what we all deserve: a life that maximizes our potential for overall health and well-being.

More Info About My Practice

Seeking help for our greatest challenges takes courage and strength. Sometimes there can be guilt or shame around seeking out therapy, due to stigma, cultural roles and expectations, and many other influences. These feelings are very common and normal when seeking out therapy. However, we all face challenges and struggles, often many we never could have anticipated, and sometimes we need extra help from a trained professional to gain clarity and build the skillsets we need to cope with these challenges in ways that are healthy and allow us to adapt in meaningful ways. My clients enjoy my down-to-earth, non-judgmental approach to therapy, my sense of humor, and the flexibility in my styles and approach depending on changing needs and concerns. I offer free 10-minute consultations, and would love to chat to see if I may be a good fit for your unique needs.
