My Approach to Helping

Let me help you bring love back to your relationship and joy back to your life! If you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, stuck, or just generally dissatisfied with your relationships and life, change can feel overwhelming. I understand that unhappiness in relationships is deeply troubling, and can negatively affect every area of your life. Constant arguments and conflicts, as well as decreased intimacy, can give rise to depression, anxiety, and hopelessness. It's time for you to feel better. You deserve a joyful relationship and a fulfilling life.

I also help women dealing with depression, anxiety, self-worth, insecurity, feelings of shame and relationship difficulties. Sometimes life feels overwhelming, confusing and isolated. Individual psychotherapy can be helpful to get to the heart of the matter and create the life you most desire. Having a safe space to be transparent, honest and face our deepest feelings directly and the unconscious conscious can create deep change.
