My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping clients is to aid them in discovering what they want out of their life. Once a goal is set, it is then the client's opportunity to discover and explore what methods are available to them to reach their desired goal. I do not judge nor give advice. I provide a safe place for clients of all ages to discover, explore and work through their issues. Techniques that I often incorporate in treatment are found in CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy and SFT, solution-focused therapy.
