I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Gottman marital counseling, mindfulness techniques, and other humanistic approaches. Life can feel like a struggle, but it doesn't have to stay that way! We can work collaboratively to help you be happier, healthier, and more connected to the world around you.
