My therapeutic approach is grounded in a belief in each person's intrinsic value and respect for the individual. I facilitate conversations that respect your values, goals, and perspectives. Psychotherapy is a powerful tool for breaking out of confusion and pain. I will work with you to create the life you want, allowing you to interact more successfully in your family, relationships, and community.

I use a combination of approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Gottman marital counseling, mindfulness techniques, and other humanistic approaches. Life can feel like a struggle, but it doesn't have to stay that way! We can work collaboratively to help you be happier, healthier, and more connected to the world around you.

Therapy provides a space to slow down, heal old wounds, learn skills to cope, and gain a deeper sense of compassion and understanding. I am focused on providing counseling services with the highest levels of personalized service. Customizing therapy to your needs, I do everything possible to help you figure out who you are and what steps to take to increase the happiness and congruence in your life.
