My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, it is my duty to provide safe and non-judgmental care for my clients where they feel comfortable to share, grow, and heal. As the therapeutic relationship grows, I will assist clients in the process of self-discovery and healing. The goal of each session is to teach coping skills, build awareness, encourage self-learning, and inspire independence. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling that includes the whole person: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I recognize that each client is unique and I vary my therapeutic approach in order to provide successful results.
During my free time, I enjoy time with friends, family, and pets. I love to cook, garden, and spend time in nature. My exercise routine consists of yoga and pilates, but nothing beats relaxing with friends.
