My Approach to Helping

I really believe that every woman deserves to feel strong and safe in her body and empowered in her sexuality.

I am here to help you find what this means for you and help you have more open and honest talks about it to your partner(s).

I know that “sex therapist” may sound strange, but I’m here to reassure you that this simply means I know what I’m talking about when it comes to sex and can help you feel more comfortable talking about it too.

I can help you feel less stuck and start having more confidence in the bedroom.

You need to talk to someone who gets it. Someone who helps you feel comfortable opening up about one of the most intimate & private areas of your life. Most people don’t talk about sex and sexuality with anyone. This creates a vacuum making you feel alone and stuck.

I’m here to help you get unstuck.

I ask creative questions and help you find effective solutions. I work interactively and provide scientific data to help you feel less alone. I encourage you to be more curious about yourself and engage in “out of the box” thinking. I help you transform your ability to have open, honest and effective conversations with your partner.

I’m here to help you stop feeling embarrassed and ashamed and start finding more pleasure and confidence in the bedroom.
