My Approach to Helping
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed School Counselor in North Carolina with over ten years of combined experience working in education and mental health. I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I also have a Master of Education degree in School Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
My passion is to provide an empathic atmosphere, relational-driven, and trauma-focused level of care to adolescents, adults, and families and work through challenging life experiences. I aim to help you make better choices and get you to start believing in yourself again and increase momentum towards lifelong changes. My motto is, “although we are unique individuals, we all face challenges and have different ways of healing and acquiring happiness.”
I am dedicated to cultivating a supportive, stimulating, and inclusive environment to help you reach your full potential.
