I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based treatments including mindfulness, the Gottman Method for couples and the Kazdin Method for parent management. My approach involves a collaborative, warm, and supportive relationship. Together, we will change your negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing useful skills to help you reach your goals. Clients learn to manage their mood, reduce their anxiety, and improve their emotional, personal, social, and professional lives.
