My Approach to Helping
Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, or loneliness? Are you having problems with communication with your partner or family member? Are you going through a life transition and feeling burdened, stuck, or overwhelmed? Crisis, trauma, loss, and suffering can lead to the discovery of new capacities for healing and growth.
