My Approach to Helping
I am interested n creating an environment in which you feel comfortable and at ease discussing your most personal and challenging feelings and experiences. I am empathetic, compassionate and truly strive to understand and validate my client's emotions I am here to help you so you no longer have to feel stuck, lonely, depressed or unhappy. Together, using solution focused and person centered therapy, we will identify and develop healthy coping skills in order to manage and eventually eliminate your symptoms. Also, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will help you learn to identify negative, distorted thought patterns, which affect you on a daily basis. It is impossible to control certain aspects of your life but receiving therapeutic treatment in order to live a healthier, happier life is something right within your reach.
