My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic techniques because everyone has unique situations, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and this allows for more flexibility in using the best therapeutic elements for you!
As a therapist, I want to make sure I provide you with a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for you to learn more about yourself, your relationships and your experiences. I will work with you to build upon your strengths and help guide you towards your goals.
I provide therapy services for a wide range of challenges that you might be facing; including and not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adolescent issues, trauma, relationship issues and general life adjustments. I know how important it is for you to feel comfortable with me so I offer a free phone consultation so you can ask any questions you may have before making an appointment.
