My Approach to Helping

Are you struggling with anxiety and relationship difficulties? Do you need help to work through the obstacles to your growth? I can help.

In working with you, I offer you compassion and I also challenge you. As we work together, I connect to your suffering, your needs, your goals, and your already existing strengths. We directly clarify your goals, identify what specific problems you want to work on, and then we work as a team to work on your problems and meet your goals. Sometimes, it's hard work and, it's worth it!

More Info About My Practice

My therapy dog, Howie, is at work on Mondays and Tuesdays (on Thursdays and Fridays, while I'm at work he's off on adventure hikes so he's not available to help out with therapy). He's 12 yrs old and he's a super gentle, greyhound-husky rescue dog.

My rates:

The first session is 1 hr and it includes 50% off. First 1 hr session is $72.00 plus GST.
Regular 1 hr rate (individual): $140.00 plus GST
Regular 1.5 hr rate (individual or couples): $210.00 plus GST

You can visit my website to book in using my 24/7 secure online calendar.

If you prefer a 2 hr session, please contact me via email and we can book it.

If you have extended health coverage, many plans cover the cost of a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Check your plan.
I accept cash, cheque, credit card, and interac e-transfer for payment. For interac e-transfer, I need to receive your payment 24 hrs before our appointment. Thank you.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
