I view psychotherapy as a practice in which a person can explore relationship issues, repetitive patterns, and explore complex questions.
Sometimes we can experience momentary relief through daily activities but yearn for more consistency and psychotherapy helps achieve that. It gifts a person with long term relief from suffering. Through our therapeutic relationship, you will start understanding the people you are in relationship with and feel more connected to them. We will co-create a space that inspires security and encouragement to explore your past and experiences that drive day-to-day decisions. That way, we can find what is really bothering you, finding a way towards a much more fulfilling life.
