My Approach to Helping

You’re doing everything you can to keep it together, but underneath the surface, you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you’ve been dealing with depression or anxiety for a while, or you’re in the middle of a major life transition that’s left you feeling lost. I help adults and young people who are struggling with self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life changes to find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), self-esteem issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and affirming—tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I use a mix of therapeutic techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based strategies, and solution-focused therapy to help you create meaningful change.

Therapy with me is a space where you can be vulnerable, reflect honestly, and explore who you are without pressure or shame. Whether you’re rebuilding after a setback or simply trying to feel better day-to-day, I’m here to walk with you through the process. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
