My Approach to Helping

We believe that each client is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all therapy and therefore treatment is tailored to each person. You will receive professional and compassionate care when working with us. We are trained in working with trauma and practice from a culturally sensitive lens. Our aim is to help you alongside your journey, whether that is providing a supportive ear, helping you with self-discovery, working through past traumas or guiding you towards achieving your goals.
