My Approach to Helping
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2012, and my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in MFT from Pepperdine University in 2015.
I utilize a combination of approaches with a strong emphasis on behavioral, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused therapy to assist in producing long lasting positive change. I strongly value and encourage acceptance and self-empowerment, to aid in increasing potential for achieving goals, increasing resilience, and increasing overall happiness.
