My Approach to Helping

I use a Humanistic Attachment approach along with various evidence-based practices, such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy, to help you identify why you feel stuck, alone or unhappy. We will work together to change ineffective coping strategies and understand how your current and past experiences with primary attachment figures or significant others have contributed to your anxiety, depression or an overwhelming sense of unhappiness.
