My Approach to Helping
I understand the weight of depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. If you’re carrying the burden of an addiction, a mood disorder, or general distress, it’s time to get some relief. I am a trained professional, and I’m licensed to carry some of that weight for you.
Sometimes in life, we get stuck in negative patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving. Our relationships, our career, or our self-worth may be at risk. I know from experience that if you want different results, you have to do something different. Talking to somebody about what’s going on might be that something.
Protecting your mental health is a priority. Don’t prolong your suffering anymore. I want you to feel better. I genuinely care about the well-being of my clients. I use evidence-based practices and the latest research in the field to get you to where you want to be.
You can come by the office, talk over the phone, or do therapy through secure video conferencing. The office environment is dedicated to your comfort and healing. For those of you who don’t feel comfortable sitting and talking, I am happy to schedule an active session; in a private setting, we can go for a walk while talking through issues and finding solutions.
