My Approach to Helping
I work from a strength-based approach utilising principles from Attachment-Focused EMDR, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, NLP, DBT, Integrative Life Planning, and Satir\'s Transformational Systemic Therapy. It all depends on what you would like to work on and we can decide together which approach and techniques work best for your desired outcome.
For me, you as my client always comes first, and your healing is of the utmost importance. I have worked with men, women, teenagers and couples to help ease their emotional stressors. I have experience with locals, expatriates and ESL Clients. Your safety is my priority.

The feedback I have received from clients about the magical transformative modality I use is that they get a release of emotional and physical symptoms and are able to unblock the beliefs that are holding them back in life, whether they are to do with relationships, past memories, fears, phobias, anger, grief, loneliness, spirituality, religion, finances and money or family struggles. I have over 20 years experience, doing what I like to call \"making life magical\" for teens, men, women and couples. I utilise a blend of scientifically evidenced-based treatment methods, but Attachment-Focused EMDR is my primary training modality and I have found this extremely effective for regulating a persons nervous system in response to stress.
