I help people with complex, developmental emotional challenges from a strength-based approach integrating principles from Narrative Therapy, SFBT, NLP, DBT, Integrative Life Planning, Internal Family Systems, and Satir's Transformational Systemic Therapy. Science is magic and a positive strength-based approach to psychotherapy is nothing short of "real magic". The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
It really depends on each individual, it can take four weeks to experience results, sometimes three months and in more extreme cases six months to a year. However, it can even take one session with attachment-focused EMDR to notice a shift in beliefs that were once holding you back. A commitment and therapeutic alliance is crucial in determining various factors pertaining to therapy and how long your individual journey may take. EMDR is a rapid transformational approach and is quickly making its mark in the world as a one that sticks.
