I draw from various theoretical models that meet the needs of each specific person. I can help you learn valuable tools to mange your stress, reduce your anxiety, and live a more centered and connected life.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who have a desire to feel better, think differently, and learn ways to cope with life's pressures. I specialize in people going through life's transitions, specifically teens and women who desire to gain increased awareness into themselves as they develop and grow with changes in their life. I also have extensive knowledge and experience working with trauma in children, teens, and adults.
