What I Say to People Concerned about the Therapy Process
Most people have heard about psychotherapy and likely also have heard jokes and seen media clips of negative portrayals of therapy that are most likely inaccurate. Therapy that works is a collaborative relationship in which you will set goals for yourself and work to achieve these. Much of therapy is about learning options that you didn't have a chance to learn before. It can be a lot of work. You are in control of how much work you want to do, and how quickly. The clinicians at Transformation make a commitment to be there to guide and support you on your journey.
