My Approach to Helping
“What we don’t let out traps us. We think, ‘No one else feels this way, I must be crazy.’ So we don’t say anything. And we become enveloped by a deep loneliness, not knowing where our feelings come from or what to do with them.” - Sabrina Ward Harrison
My name is Kelly, and I try to offer the space to let out what might be trapping you and the space to realize you are not alone. We all carry a lot and do not need to do so on our own. Shame binds us and keeps us from being fully ourselves and fully alive. I want to help you find what needs to be found in order to release shame, let grace in, and start walking in freedom. I want to help you rewrite the narratives that might be holding you back. As a telehealth only therapist, you can start this journey right from the comfort of your own home.
