My Approach to Helping
Often, we are uncomfortable taking the first step to speak to a stranger about our personal issues. However once coming in for therapy many people find it comforting having a safe place to speak their mind, with a therapist who is there to listen and guide them thru the difficulties of life. I use a client-centered approach in which the client determines their own path, identifies strengths and any roadblocks. It is of most importance that my clients feel comfortable with me which allow them to openly discuss issues affecting their lives.
