My Approach to Helping

You deserve a space to look at your own needs, desires and methods of coping. Anxiety and depression can come to the forefront when we constantly focus our energy on others. Anxiety, depression, relationships and responsibilities can feel overwhelming at times, but you don't have to continue to feel that way. You can find balance in relationships and live a more fulfilling life when you get the support that you need.

My mission is to work with you to explore the contributing factors of anxiety, depression, dissatisfaction in relationships and identify balanced ways of coping. My background is in shame resiliency therapeutic frameworks that identify root causes of current feelings, work to release feelings from the past that creep into the present and allow you to live a more satisfying life.
